CrossFit Napalm is a strength and conditioning box in Stoke-On-Trent that combines Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebells, powerlifting and cardio into constantly varied, coach-led WODs. Classes are capped at 16 to keep coaching quality high, and every session covers mobility, skills, strength and conditioning.

The welcoming Napalm Nation community has a lounge area so members can hang out before or after training, and the box caters for all levels — from complete beginners on the Elements Course through to competitive lifters in the Barbell Club.
