CrossFit Paratus is Gloucester's newest CrossFit affiliate, based in Kingsholm. Founded on the Latin word for 'ready' or 'prepared', the gym offers CrossFit classes, Olympic lifting and gymnastics skill sessions, open gym, 1-to-1 personal training, and a kids programme.
Led by Head Coach Dan and co-owner Sarah, the community-driven box welcomes complete beginners and seasoned athletes alike, running quarterly in-house competitions and fundamentals courses.
