With a combined coaching experience of over 12 years, the team delivers constantly varied functional movements — including Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and mobility — at high intensity.

All new members complete a foundation course to build the essentials before joining regular classes. The warm, inclusive community is a cornerstone of the box, where members train together, support each other, and take part in local events and in-house competitions.
