CrossFit RNA is a community-based strength and conditioning facility located in South Cambridge. Specialising in CrossFit group training, the box welcomes athletes of all levels, combining weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebells and endurance work with nutrition guidance.
Programming is fully scalable, making it suitable for any committed individual regardless of experience or age. Coaches Ben Weatherley and Scott Cooke prioritise movement quality and building a solid foundation before adding capacity, helping members achieve lasting fitness and a better quality of life.
