CrossFit Solihull (also known as UNIT.C) is Solihull's only official CrossFit affiliate, serving the local community since 2013. It's a welcoming, coached fitness community where people of all ages, abilities and experience levels train together.
Every session blends lifting, conditioning, gymnastics, breathwork, yoga and open gym, with all workouts adapted to each member's current level. Expert coaches guide technique and progression throughout every class, and progress is tracked across ten areas of fitness.
