CrossFit Southampton is a 7,500 sq ft functional training gym located in Eastleigh, just outside Southampton, Hampshire. Members enjoy high-intensity, coach-led CrossFit workouts in a fun and supportive community environment.
The gym features a 60ft bespoke training rig, 15 dedicated lifting platforms, Concept2 rowers, bikes, ski-ergs, Assault bikes, and a 15m double sled track. Additional offerings include yoga, HYROX classes, CrossFit Teens, sports massage and physiotherapy, and a 700 sq ft MIND+BODY studio.
CrossFit Southampton is a British Weightlifting affiliated Olympic weightlifting club and a HYROX Affiliate gym, and was the first UK gym to affiliate with the Out Foundation, welcoming everyone regardless of background.
