CrossFit SWTBX-YARD is the CrossFit programme at Sweat Box Gym, Bristol — a multi-discipline gym offering coach-led CrossFit classes in a unique semi-outdoor space called The Yard, described as the only training space of its kind in the UK.

Classes are fully scalable for all levels, capped at 12 people for quality coaching, and blend strength, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. Class types include Strength & Sweat, Level Up Metcon, Gymnastics Bodyweight Skill, and Team Super WOD on Saturdays.

The facility also hosts martial arts, fitness, and kids' classes alongside open gym access, personal trainers, and a treatment room.
