CFUF (CrossFit Unique Fitness) is a friendly, inclusive CrossFit box offering bespoke, varied and functional workouts programmed by head coach Mark. With a supportive community, passionate coaches, and a no-ego atmosphere, sessions are suitable for all fitness levels.

The gym features a full rig, prowler, sleds, bumper plates, kettlebells, dumbbells and rowers, with classes available six days a week including Functional, Engine and Foundations sessions, plus Open Gym slots.
