CrossFit Wadebridge Four Kings is a CrossFit affiliate box in Wadebridge, Cornwall, founded in 2019 by Jono Whitehead — the only Level 3 CrossFit Coach in Cornwall affiliated with a CrossFit box and a former Games Athlete.
The facility offers CrossFit, Teens CrossFit, HiiT, Flex (Functional Strength & Bodybuilding), Mum & Baby, Postpartum (8-week course), Personal Training, and Nutrition coaching. Coaches bring over 13 years of CrossFit experience gained through international competition and coaching.
The box features shower and toilet facilities, a chill-out area with coffee, and on-site parking.
