CrossFit Wolfhound Larne is a genuine CrossFit affiliate gym based in Larne, Northern Ireland. A coach leads every class and guides members through each movement, making it welcoming for first-timers, competitors, kids, and those over 60. The focus is on proper technique before adding load, so progress is sustainable over the long term.
Members train in a close-knit community that extends beyond the gym floor, with charity days and social events. Drop-ins are welcome for those with at least three months of CrossFit experience.
