An independent, family-run gym proudly housed in one of Crouch End's most iconic buildings — serving the community for over 120 years.

Spread across three floors, the centre features a state-of-the-art gym floor with premium Nautilus and Star Trac equipment, a dedicated boxing area, two spacious studios totalling over 300 square metres hosting 50+ weekly classes, a brand-new Protein Bar, and sauna rooms.

Classes range from spin, boxing, and circuits to yoga, Pilates, pole dancing, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Capoeira. Winner of the London Prestige Award 2024/2025.
