Curve Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in the heart of Borough and London Bridge, offering Reformer, Tower and Mat classes as well as private studio sessions. Classes are kept intentionally small — a maximum of 5 participants for Reformer and Tower — so teachers can provide dedicated attention and adaptations.

All instructors are trained to a high standard by reputable Pilates organisations and blend traditional and contemporary functional exercises. Private sessions use the full range of Pilates equipment and are tailored to individual needs, including rehabilitation and strengthening work. Mat classes are also available at two separate venues in SE1.
