D&G Performance Gym is a 24/7 membership-based gym located in Liskeard, Cornwall. The facility offers a wide range of CV equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, upright bikes, steppers, SkiErgs, rowers and assault bikes, alongside battle ropes, kettlebells, prowlers and slam balls.

Strength equipment includes dumbbells up to 50kg and a variety of plate and pin-loaded machines to suit all abilities. Members enjoy round-the-clock keycard access, and three personal trainers are available for 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 sessions by appointment.
