Daioni Yoga is a Welsh yoga practice led by Frances, a 275-hour Independent Yoga Network certified teacher based in Carmarthenshire, West Wales. Classes include Vinyasa Flow, Gentle/Beginners Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, held at various village halls across the area.
Additional offerings include Full Power Cacao Ceremonies, Reiki healing, corporate yoga, workshops, retreats, and 1:1 sessions. Frances brings over 20 years of experience working with neurodivergent people and is committed to creating accessible, supportive, and nurturing spaces for all.
