DANCEFLO is a dance and fitness brand led by Amanda Botterill, a London Studio Centre-trained dancer and choreographer with experience in theatre, TV and film.

Amanda teaches a wide range of disciplines including BodyBeat, Jazz/Lyrical Jazz, Adult Ballet, BarreFlo, Ballet Fitness, Piloxing, Les Mills Body Pump and Balance, Sleek Technique, Latin American Dance, and Pre & Post Natal Fitness.

Regular weekly classes are held at Harris Girls School in East Dulwich (Sundays) and Brockwell Lido (Fridays), and themed dance workshops — covering artists from Britney and Janet Jackson to West Side Story and Chicago — run on Saturday afternoons in Dulwich, SE22.

Additional offerings include hen parties, wedding/first dance coaching, team building events, personal training, and video on demand.

Sundays 9:15–10:15am (Harris Girls School, East Dulwich); Fridays 9:30–10:30am (Brockwell Lido, Studio 2)
