Dani Hughes Yoga offers Bristol-based yoga classes for all levels, led by qualified teacher Dani Hughes. Classes include Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Breathwork and Meditation, alongside Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and retreats. Dani's teaching style is inclusive and welcoming, exploring all eight limbs of yoga through playful sequencing, breath work (pranayama) and meditation.

Weekly classes run on Sundays at Long Ashton Community Centre, with Tuesday Vinyasa Flow at Sensate Spa & Studios. An online class library and international retreats (France, Majorca) are also available.
