Dave's Gym is a well-established, community-focused fitness gym based in Roath, Cardiff. Run by owners Dave and Zoe — both Level 3 PT qualified with decades of experience between them — the gym offers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere suited to people of all ages and backgrounds.
