DazFit Studio is a boutique fitness studio founded by Daz Mac, a health and fitness professional with over 20 years of experience. Operating in both the UK and Cyprus, DazFit offers personalised one-to-one and small group training sessions, indoor cycling (©Darren's Aerobike Zone), and a variety of bespoke fitness programmes built on the belief that fitness is for everyBODY.
The studio's ethos is that no single training method suits all, and sessions are designed to be energetic, fun and inclusive for all fitness levels.
