Decorus Pilates

Decorus Pilates offers friendly, personalised Pilates instruction from a well-equipped studio in Alveston, near Stratford-upon-Avon, as well as group mat classes at various locations throughout Warwickshire and the Cotswolds.

Founded by Clare Barrett, a qualified instructor with many years of experience, the studio favours the classical form of Pilates, true to Joseph Pilates' original design. Equipment-based instruction is available one-to-one or in small groups of up to three, while mat classes run in groups of up to ten, catering for all levels from beginners to advanced.
