Derby Wild Sauna is an urban sauna and cold plunge experience located at Rugby Active, next to Derby Rugby Football Club against the backdrop of Darley Abbey. Founded by Tommy Wilson, who grew up in Derby, the studio offers handcrafted saunas and precision-controlled cold plunge pools for contrast therapy.
Sessions are kept to a maximum of nine people to ensure total comfort and relaxation. Amenities include filtered cold plunge baths, cold showers, changing rooms, lockers, and filtered water. Pre-sale memberships and session packs are currently available ahead of opening.
