Designed Pilates is a purpose-built boutique Pilates studio in the small village of Conington, near Peterborough, founded and led by Lisa — a fully certified Pilates teacher qualified in mat Pilates and the full range of large equipment including Reformer, Wunda Chair, Tower and Barrels.

Classes welcome everyone from complete beginners to more advanced movers, with modifications and progressions offered throughout. The schedule includes Gentle Pilates (35 min), Mixed Ability (45 min and 1 hour), and Improvers sessions, plus 1-1, 1-2 and small group tailored sessions.

Designed Pilates was highly commended in the health & wellbeing category at the 2024 Peterborough Small Business Awards.
