Louise offers in-person and online classes in Chipping Sodbury, Yate, Downend, and Emersons Green, as well as workshops, retreats, and yoga holidays in the UK and Europe. Classes include Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Seated Yoga, Meditation, and Tai Chi Shibashi — suitable for all levels with a particular warmth towards complete beginners.
