DMC Fitness, founded in 2006, is a premium personal training facility in Glasgow specialising in tailored 1-to-1 coaching for busy adults, professionals, people over 40, and those managing health conditions. Led by founder Davie McConnachie, the passionate team focuses on movement first — improving mobility, flexibility and recovery — before building physical strength.
