DNBBOXING is a fun, social, high-energy boxing workout set to the driving beats of drum & bass. Classes feature easy-to-follow boxing combos, cardio bursts and bodyweight moves — no pressure to be perfect and no egos, just good vibes, great music and a whole lot of sweat. Open to total beginners and seasoned athletes alike, all fitness levels are welcome.

The focus is on feeling good, having fun and leaving sessions energised and empowered. DNBBOXING operates across multiple Bristol venues; this session is held at Meadow Vale Community Centre in Speedwell, on Thursdays at 6:45pm.
