The Doghouse is a no-frills strength and conditioning gym built for people who show up and put the work in. Small capped classes of 16, real coaching, and zero filler. Two class formats run each week — S&C on Mondays and Wednesdays (compound lifts, accessory work, conditioning finishers) and high-intensity Conditioning circuits on Fridays and Saturdays.

Not a franchise, not a lifestyle brand — just a room to train properly.
