DS Fitness Centre, led by Diane Singleton in Barrow-in-Furness, is a welcoming group fitness studio designed for real people and real life.

Classes span Pilates (Mobility Flow, Trigger Point, Posture Reset, Release & Stretch), core training (Core Connect, Group Core), strength (Group Power, Body Strong, DS Be Fit, Floor Strong 30, Strength & Stretch) and cardio (Group Fight, Group Blast).
