Duckett Fitness is a mobile personal training service run by Emma Duckett, a level-3 accredited PT based in West London. Emma offers highly personalised 1-on-1 sessions, group training, online coaching, and specialist pre- and post-natal programmes.

With specialisms in kettlebells, suspension training, pad-work and pre/post-natal fitness, she tailors every session to the individual's goals, ability and interests — whether that's weight loss, strength, rehabilitation or marathon prep.

As a mobile trainer, Emma comes to you with a full range of quality equipment, and also provides nutrition guidance and daily motivational support.
