Dungannon Leisure Centre is one of four leisure centres operated by Mid Ulster District Council, offering a wide range of fitness and recreational activities. Facilities include swimming pools with lessons for children and adults, virtual spin studios, group exercise classes (including yoga, pilates, circuits and spinning), sports halls, and dedicated kids' programmes.

Memberships are available for adults, concessions, students, households and corporates, with pay-as-you-go options also available. Classes can be booked online via the Leisure Hub up to seven days in advance.
