Dynamics Gym is a straightforward, no-frills independent gym based at 168 Water Street in Radcliffe, Manchester.
Built for people who want to train seriously without the chain-gym experience, the gym offers three main training spaces: a main gym floor with machines, dumbbells up to 80 kg, squat racks, cables and plate-loaded kit; a functional training area; a dedicated leg room; and a cardio zone with treadmills, bikes, SkiErgs and rowers.
There are no 12-month contracts, no booking required for a day pass, and no upselling at the counter. Membership starts at £5 for a walk-in day pass, with direct debit available at £40 for the first month then £35 per month with 7 days' notice to cancel. The gym is open seven days a week and welcomes everyone from beginners to serious lifters aged 16 and over.
