East London School of Yoga offers dynamic vinyasa yoga rooted in tradition and philosophy, taught across London and online by Stewart Gilchrist — a Senior Registered Yoga Teacher with an MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation from SOAS University London. Classes blend breath, bandha, drishti and philosophy with physical adjustments, drawing on Ashtanga and Jivamukti lineages.

Weekly classes run at Indaba, Mission E1 and Soho Parish School, as well as via Zoom. The school also offers workshops, retreats, and Yoga Alliance Professionals-accredited teacher training (300hr and 500hr).
