East Midlands Cheerleading Academy (EMCA) is Nottingham's home of all-star cheerleading, training athletes of all ages since 2008. From entry-level Novice squads through to World Championship-level teams, EMCA offers competitive allstar cheerleading across UK divisions (Novice, Prep and Allstar Elite), as well as beginner and advanced tumbling classes and recreational cheer.

The academy prides itself on developing both physical and life skills in a supportive environment, and welcomes new members each season.
