Easytone is a friendly, multi-award-winning fitness centre exclusively for women, established in 2016 in Newhaven, East Sussex.

The studio features 10 specially designed toning tables and chairs that deliver a full-body workout in just 50 minutes, alongside cardio equipment including a treadmill, cross trainer, rower, exercise bike, vibration plates, free weights, and hula hoops.

Whatever your age or ability, Easytone offers a relaxed, welcoming environment to help you tone up, lose weight, and feel great — with a free first session for all new clients.
