Elements Fitness & Wellbeing is Stafford's largest independent gym and an award-winning, family-run health club — back-to-back Best Gym in Midlands & Wales (2024/2025). Elements is a Hyrox Partner Gym and welcomes all ages, including junior memberships for 12–15 year olds.
