Elite Bootcamp Fitness is a military-style group fitness bootcamp founded in September 2022, running inclusive and motivating outdoor and indoor circuit training sessions six days a week across three locations in Coventry and Leamington Spa.
Every session is different, combining cardio, strength, shuttle runs and bodyweight exercises in a non-judgmental, community-driven environment. Participants are grouped into four colour-coded ability levels — Reds (beginners) through to Greens (elite) — so all fitness levels are catered for.
Expert coaches push and encourage every bootcamper to achieve their personal goals while keeping sessions fun and team-focused.
