Elite Conditioning is Berkshire's boutique personal training and running coaching studio, run by Level 3 PT and Great Britain Masters sprinter Karen Burles.

Based in a private studio in Binfield, the team offers 1-2-1 personal training, small-group outdoor bootcamp (Shred 40), ladies' strength classes (Ladies That Lift), running coaching and technique analysis, trail running groups (Wild Running Bugs), virtual fitness programmes via the Core4/Women's Wellness Club, personalised race training plans, sports massage, and ladies-only retreats.

Sessions are designed to be focused, fun, and tailored to every individual — from complete beginners to competitive athletes.
