Elite Fitness is a family-run gym based in Pontllanfraith, Blackwood, opened in December 2016 with the aim of welcoming people of all shapes, sizes and ages. Spanning 17,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art facilities, the gym features a main gym floor, dedicated leg room with squat racks, a functional fitness area, and a HIIT zone with Wattbikes, ski ergs and rowers.
Members benefit from cutting-edge equipment, group transformation programmes, and one-to-one personal training led by a passionate team of qualified trainers. Classes are bookable via the Gym-sync app.
