Led by head instructor Annie — a 500-hour trained teacher in Vinyasa, Restorative, Hatha, and Ashtanga — classes are held across three locations: Bishops Cleeve, Hungerford, and Marlborough.
The studio focuses on building strength, flexibility, and confidence while fostering a supportive community where women can connect, grow, and take time for themselves.
