Founded and led by Em Thomson — a qualified physiotherapist and experienced yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching — the studio offers weekly group classes in Slow Flow, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga, suitable for all levels from beginners to more advanced practitioners.
