Embody Fitness Limerick is a boutique fitness club in Castletroy, Limerick, now part of Womens Fitness. It offers a full gym alongside a timetable of over 60 group classes a week, including yoga, pilates, barre, Bounce, Piloxing, Body Pump, spin, HIIT, Boxfit and Clubercise. Personal training covers fitness, strength, weight loss and sports performance.

The club also runs workshops and events such as mind and body retreats, kickstart weight loss programmes, kids yoga workshops and birthday parties. Members describe a supportive, community-focused atmosphere with enthusiastic trainers.
