Claire Halpin Yoga and Pilates is a friendly, inclusive community for mindful movement in Castletroy, Limerick, with classes held at UL Sport Arena. Claire offers a wide spectrum of yoga (including Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin), mat Pilates, meditation and breathwork, plus kids yoga classes.

Every class is carefully planned around the students in the room, with variations, supports and progressions so that beginners and experienced practitioners alike find the right balance of challenge, relaxation and fun.

Reformer Pilates classes run under the sister brand Reformer Pilates Nenagh, and the studio also provides yoga and Pilates teacher training, workshops and events, one-to-one sessions and beginners' workshops. An on-demand online studio is coming soon. Students praise the warm, welcoming atmosphere and Claire's knowledgeable, clear instruction.
