Yoga with Pamela Enright offers small, welcoming yoga classes in Limerick led by Pamela Enright, a Hatha-trained yoga teacher (200 hrs) and sports massage injury therapist.

Her classes combine yoga with injury-treatment experience and focus on structural strengthening, stretching and relaxation, including Back/Core Strengthening Yoga, Flow Yoga and Yoga Weights with fascia stretches. Every class ends with Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation, and poses are tailored to the individual so all levels are welcome.

Classes run at three Limerick venues: the Wooden Pod at JFK on Ennis Rd, TUS and the Wellness Hub on O'Connell St. Pamela also runs monthly Peri Menopause workshops that pair discussion and support with yoga, plus Wellness Days Away with organic home-cooked food, yoga and walks on the Wild Atlantic Way.

Students highlight relief from lower back and knee pain, a fun, supportive atmosphere and a great start to the weekend.
