Embody Move is the UK, Poland and Ireland licence holder for Body-Mind Centering® (BMC®) training programmes, operating under the charity Touchdown Dance. Founded in 2008, the organisation offers professional certification programmes in Somatic Movement Education (SME), Infant Developmental Movement Education (IDME), and a Practitioner Programme for SME graduates.

Rooted in the teachings of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, the programmes integrate embodied anatomy, movement re-education, hands-on touch and re-patterning, and human developmental principles, delivered through intensive multi-day courses in London, Poland, Ireland and other UK locations.
