Empowerment Training Centre (ETC) is a boutique fitness studio in Northampton and Long Buckby built around a fully coached, community-driven approach. With over 25 years of combined coaching experience, the small team gets to know every member personally — their body, abilities and goals — and combines proven science with carefully planned programmes to deliver real results.

Members are part of a close-knit 'Tribe' who train hard and support each other, with no one ever left to struggle alone. Everyone begins with a Six Week Challenge, designed to assess fitness, build a foundation and set members on a path to lasting change.
