Fun, feel-good dance and fitness studio based in Otterbourne, on the outskirts of Winchester. Classes are held in the self-contained John and Betty Mobbs Suite at Otterbourne Village Hall, six days a week.

The wide-ranging timetable includes Zumba, Ballet Fit, Barre classes, Ballroom Boogie, Broadway Boogie, Abs + Ass, Balance in Motion, Strong Girls' Club, Dance Tone and more — all designed for adults of all levels with a focus on healthy ageing, community, and music-led movement that's as social as it is effective.
