Energize Fitness is an independent gym and class studio in Harrogate, run by husband-and-wife team Paul and Natalie Greaves. The fully equipped facility features a cardio suite, extensive free weights area with dumbbells up to 70kg, squat racks, deadlift platform, and plate-loaded machines.

Over 20 fitness classes per week are included in all memberships, covering circuits, strength, spinning, kettlebells, BoxFIIT and full-body conditioning. Personal trainers and an on-site physiotherapist are available, and members enjoy free dedicated parking with no time restrictions.
