Energize Health and Fitness is an independent, community-focused health and fitness centre located at Gyle Business Park in Edinburgh.
As one of the last remaining independent swimming pools and leisure centres in the city, it offers a fully equipped gym, a heated indoor pool, sauna, group fitness classes (including HIIT, Spin, Aqua, Kettlebells, and Stretch & Tone), personal training, and additional on-site services such as a spa, physiotherapy, and a hair salon.
