Epsom Gymnastics is a registered Independent Gymnastics Association club offering structured Saturday morning gymnastics classes for children aged 3 and above.
Based in the sports hall at The Rainbow Centre in Epsom, classes are led by qualified coaches and focus on developing fundamental movement skills, gymnastic techniques, and social confidence through age-appropriate group sessions.
Children rotate around apparatus stations including floor, vault, bars, beam, trampette, trampoline, and air track, and work towards the club's own badge scheme. Trampolining classes are also available.
