Backflip Gymnastics is a purpose-built children's gymnastics centre founded in 2008 by Katie Cannon, a five-time British Champion and former Team GB gymnast. With over 5,000 young people inspired since its founding, Backflip offers a non-competitive, confidence-boosting environment for children aged 6 months to 12 years.

Classes range from parent-and-baby sensory sessions (Tiny Flippers, Mini Flippers) through to beginner, advanced and invite-only performance squad levels. All classes include progress tracking, awards and optional family watching weeks. Coaches are hand-picked and trained through Backflip's own in-house Backflip University.

The studio also offers birthday parties, holiday camps and a franchising programme.
