Equilibrium Pilates & Fitness is a boutique Pilates and fitness studio based in Andover (Hampshire), registered in Ludgershall.

Led by experienced instructor Vir Dellino-Musgrave, the studio offers small-group matwork Pilates classes (max 10), Reformer Pilates, Cardio-Barre, and specialised sessions including Cancer Rehabilitation, Stroke and Neurological Conditions, GP Exercise Referral, Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates.

Large equipment such as the Reformer with Tower, Stability Chair, and Arc Barrel is available for individual sessions. The studio also offers on-site workplace classes and studio hire.

Mon: 9.00am–12.30pm (classes), individual sessions 12.30–4.00pm; Tue: from 8.45am; Wed: from 8.45am; Thu: individual sessions from 8.45am; Fri: from 8.45am; Sat–Sun: studio hire only. Classes run during school term only.
