Led by experienced instructor Vir Dellino-Musgrave, the studio offers small-group matwork Pilates classes (max 10), Reformer Pilates, Cardio-Barre, and specialised sessions including Cancer Rehabilitation, Stroke and Neurological Conditions, GP Exercise Referral, Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates.

Large equipment such as the Reformer with Tower, Stability Chair, and Arc Barrel is available for individual sessions. The studio also offers on-site workplace classes and studio hire.
