Equip CrossFit is a CrossFit gym located just outside Belfast City Centre, guided by three core values: Embrace, Enable & Empower. They offer over 55 classes per week for all ages and abilities, including CrossFit, CrossFit Kids & Teens, Gymnastics & Weightlifting, Engage Classes, and Personal Training.

On-site physiotherapy services are also available, including injury assessment, sports massage, and functional movement screening.
